Abha Saxena
Abha Saxena, the founder of Social Equity Advisory Services is an industry veteran with over two decades of entrepreneurial and corporate experience, Abha brings to the table a formidable combination of Business and Leadership. Her experience spans across business roles and geographies. She has held leadership positions in the best corporate names in the past. Abha has successfully managed business roles like Country Head – Germany for Sonata Software and Head – Microsoft BU for Mindlance apart from Key Account Management & CSR leadership roles at Aditya Birla IT.
Abha was responsible for building CSR initiatives in the organizations she has worked with. She had also held the position of VP Programs at NASSCOM Foundation and lead BR Forum, Disability and volunteering programs to success. Since 2009, Abha has been providing CSR consulting and Management support to NGOs through another consulting out-fit called ‘Market Access Consulting’ Recently the CSR Consulting has been re-branded to Social Equity Advisory Service, while marketing services continues to be marketed via Market Access Consulting.

Kavita Suresh
Kavita Suresh brings work experience of over 2 decades in communication & design. Having spent an initial 5-years in advertising, her next consecutive 12 years were focused on creative, problem solving and people skills. Over the last 3 years she has played key roles in supporting the Government & Public Affairs teams in issues and crisis management.
As a self-starter, Kavita's un-conservative approach to looking at solutions and coming up with effective big-picture ideas & social strategies often see her work with a mix of clients across.
Having worked on projects across realty, healthcare, education, travel & leisure and social issues, Kavita is now looking at exploring and influencing creative concepts focused in the areas of corporate sustainability.
