About 3rd Seminar on Diversity & Inclusion
Diversity of the workforce and inclusion has seen significant progress in corporate India. A number of companies across industries (IT, hospitality, retail, services etc.) have undertaken affirmative action to offer employment and to retain talent. In continuation of dialogues on this topic in previous years, ‘The 3rd Diversity & Inclusivity Seminar’ (http://www.globalconferenceoncsrindia.org/dni-2015.html) is an effort to understand from industry leaders, how they externalize their internal learning’s and experience of working with diverse workforce.
The Objective
As more and more companies are trying to become truly inclusive, they are also looking at the matured organization for inputs and best practices to help in their journey to inclusion.
